Stop chasing clicks: turning underutilized business assets into an entirely new revenue stream.
Instead of running more ads, we built a sponsorship and partnership program from scratch, generating nearly $11K in signed revenue in the first month and surfacing a ~$2M annual partnership pipeline.

The challenge
Where they started.
Carmel Tipsy Tour launched in Downtown Carmel in the summer of 2026 with a great product and an ambitious owner, but revenue was tied entirely to tour tickets. No sponsorship program, no partnership strategy, no pricing model for local businesses, no sales collateral, no commission structure, and no secondary revenue stream. The obvious playbook (more ads, more posts, more promos) would have exposed bottlenecks faster instead of unlocking growth. The real question wasn't how to sell more tickets; it was: what assets does this business already own that nobody is paying for?

The solution
What we built.
We audited the business, not the marketing. Carmel Tipsy Tour wasn't just a transportation company; it was a mobile marketing platform, a local distribution channel, and a trusted connector between visitors and downtown businesses. From scratch, we designed the sponsorship strategy, partnership framework, pricing model, tiered packages (Community, Premier, Presenting), category-exclusive partnerships, commission structure, sponsorship deck, sales collateral, and outreach process. The rule: never sell impressions, always sell business outcomes. The Goat was positioned as a featured stop with a modeled ~$45K in seasonal restaurant revenue. Social Cantina became an exclusive dining partner. Renaissance North was set up as a preferred referral partner for hotel and corporate guests. Every deal aligned incentives so restaurants got qualified traffic, hotels got a premium recommendation, guests got a curated night, and Tipsy Tour got a new revenue stream independent of ticket sales.

Business impact
Growth didn't come from more ads or more tours; it came from repackaging assets the business was already creating for free: attention, trust, distribution, and buying influence. Marketing became a system for uncovering revenue streams hiding in plain sight, not just a channel for generating attention.
